Please read the information below before placing your order. This ensures your bakes arrive when you expect them and in the best possible condition.
Postal Dispatch Days
Tuesday
Thursday
How it works:
- Order Wednesday to Sunday → Your bakes will be freshly baked and dispatched on Tuesday.
- Order Monday or Tuesday → Your bakes will be dispatched on Thursday.
- Cut-off time is midnight on each ordering day.
If you would like your bakes for the weekend, please order on Monday or Tuesday for Thursday dispatch.
Contact Details
Please ensure you provide the correct email address and contact number when placing your order.
Royal Mail will use these details to send your delivery and tracking confirmation. Incorrect details may delay your ability to track or manage your parcel.
Parcel Size and Delivery
Our Big Bakes postal boxes are too large to fit through a standard letterbox.
If you are not going to be in when delivery is due, please:
- Leave a note for your postman, or
- Use your Royal Mail tracking email or text to select:
- A safe place
- A neighbour
- A re-delivery date
Planning ahead helps avoid missed deliveries and keeps your bakes fresh.
Delivery Service
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Please note this is not a guaranteed next-day delivery service. While parcels often arrive quickly, we advise allowing up to three days for your bakes to arrive.
